Oxfordshire County Council has published details of the replacement bridge on the southern bypass near Kennington. The existing bridge needs to be replaced because of structural weaknesses. The new bridge has been designed in partnership with the Oxford Flood Alleviation Scheme and will increase capacity of the Hinskey streams to help reduce flood risk.
